In order to improve the economic, educational, cultural and youth life of the Armenians of the Samtskhe-Javakhk and Kvemo Kartli provinces of Georgia, a number of businessmen and intellectuals born in Javakhk: General-Colonel Gurgen Dalibaltayan (1926-2015), Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, leader of the Armenian Diocese of Armenia, Hayk Avia airline president Seyran Vantsyan, People’s Artist of RA, film director Harutyun Khachatryan, playwright, novelist, publicist Karine Khodikyan, director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of RA, academician Ashot Melkonyan and honored figure of RA culture, founder-leader of traditional song-dance ensemble “Karin” Gagik Ginosyan, 2014. In January, they founded the “Javakhkin Support” Foundation (JAH), which is a non-political, non-profit organization, in Yerevan.

In January, they founded the “Javakhkin Support” Foundation (JAH), which is a non-political, non-profit organization, in Yerevan. Pursuing the development of various spheres of public life of the Armenians of Samtskhe-Javakhk and Kvemo Kartli provinces, with the support or direct initiative of JAH, various events and a number of programs are implemented: providing monetary rewards to families with many children, establishing cultural institutions, exhibitions, camps, presentations, charity concerts , organization of traditional celebrations, conferences and youth events, support for memorial opening ceremonies, publishing of books, preparation of TV and radio programs, etc. At the beginning of 2015, as a result of an institutional development program (including workshops and strategic planning courses), the vision, mission and strategic directions of JAH were developed and defined. As a mechanism for raising and solving the problems of Javakh Armenians, the sectoral commissions of the JAF have been formed and regularly replenished. They are: Social Economical Healthcare Scientific, educational and information technologies Sports, youth Legal, informative 2015 On March 26, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia officially registered the representative office of the "Support to Javakhkin" fund in the city of Akhalkalaki, Georgia. On July 25 of the same year, the opening ceremony of the representative office took place. The functions of the representative office are the study of Armenian problems of Samtskhe-Javakhk and Kvemo-Kartli nahakhs, development and implementation of programs, cooperation with local, state, non-governmental and international organizations.
