Preservation of the house-museum of Ashugh Jivani
The establishment of the Jivan House-Museum solved a very important and urgent task of the time, first preserving the spiritual and cultural values of Javakhk Armenians and then all Armenians. In 2015, JAH initiated and gradually implemented the creation of the Ashug Jivan House Museum in Karzakh, Ashug’s native village. In 2016, there was an official opening ceremony for the museum’s exhibition hall, and on August 27, 2017, the Javakhk Support Foundation (JAH) opened the memorial part of the house museum. To learn about the history of the museum, Jivan’s work, and life, and to have a virtual museum tour, visit the museum’s website: jivanimuseum.com.
The Ashug Jivan House Museum has stimulated an inflow of tourists and has become the most important cultural center in the region, which needs everyone’s support to ensure its success.
You can contribute to the museum and be named Museum Philanthropist of the Year.
