Karine Khodikyan was born on June 24, 1957, in Akhalkalak. She graduated from the Philology Department of Yerevan State University and worked as a teacher of Armenian language and literature. From 1988-1989 he worked at the newspaper “Kerpasagorts”.
Sos Sahakyan
Businessman, Philanthropist, Ph.D. in Economics
Sos Sahakyan was born on August 5, 1949, in the village of Damala in Javakhk. An economist, who graduated from Yerevan State University. Worked in various spheres of agro-industrial management in Armenia for about 20 years. He taught at the State Economic University of Armenia and the National Agrarian University of Armenia.
Armen Mkoyan

Armen Mkoyan was born on May 15, 1961, in the village of Diliska in Javakhk. In 1975, he switched from a village school to study at Yerevan School of Physics and Mathematics #3, from which he graduated in 1978. In 1983, he graduated with a red diploma from the Faculty of Physics of Yerevan State University. He was a nominal pensioner. 1983-1985 worked at the “Laser Technique” of GAM.
Seyran Vantsyan
Aviator, president of Hayk Air, co-founder of Support to Javakheti Foundation
Seyran Vantsyan was born on May 2, 1951, in Bezhano village of Akhalkalaki district. One of the organizers of aviation in the Republic of Armenia. From 1957-1967 he studied at Bezhano High School. In 1974, he graduated from the Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in Riga, and in 1990 he graduated from the higher command courses of the Civil Aviation Academy in St. Petersburg. Hovhannes Mutafyan
Chief Architect of “ASHN PROJECT” company, honored architect of Armenia
Hovhannes Mutafyan was born on June 12, 1952, in a family of workers in Yerevan’s Nor Aresh district. His father was a carpenter and his mother a seamstress. His ancestors were from Partizak province in Anatolia. During the Great Genocide, they migrated to Greece, to the coastal city of Kavala, from where they returned home in 1946.
Ashot Melkonyan
Academician, Director of the Institute of History of NAS RA, co-founder of Support to Javakheti Foundation
Ashot Melkonyan was born on February 16, 1961, in Akhalkalak. In 1977, he graduated from Akhalkalak D. Demirchyan. Armenian high school # 4. From 1977 to 1982 he studied at the Faculty of History at Yerevan State University. In 1986-1991 he worked at the Institute of History of NAS RA as a researcher, and in 1991-95 as a scientific secretary. From 1991-95 he was the scientific secretary and from 1995-2002 he was the deputy director of the Institute of History of NAS RA.
Hovhannes Hovhannisyan

Hovhannes Hovhannisyan was born on November 11, 1970, in the village of Gandza in the Javakhk region. From 1988-1993 he studied at the Faculty of Economics of the Armenian Agricultural Institute with the specialty of Economist-Accountant and Finance. At the same time, he studied at the military faculty of the Armenian Agricultural Institute.
Arman Sahakyan

Arman Sahakyan was born on March 5, 1978, in Yerevan. In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University with a history and international studies degree. From 1999-2001, he served in the Armenian Armed Forces. 02.12.2012-18.05.2017 was a deputy of the National Assembly (electoral district #35), a member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly, and in 2017-2018 was a member of the National Assembly.
Paruyr Palyan

Paruyr Palyan was born on October 24, 1974 in the village of Bugashen, Javakhk, in the family of a teacher. 1981-1991 studied at the secondary school of his native village. 1991-1996 studied and graduated from the State University of Economics of Armenia. 1996-2000 studied and completed postgraduate studies at the same university. 2000-2004 worked as executive director of Gig Tour LLC. In 2004-2011 he worked at Tonus LLC as the head of the supply department.
Kajavan Nurijanyan

Kajavan Nurijanyan was born in the village of Khando in 1957 into the exemplary family of Hovhannes Nurijanyan and Rima Papoyan. Due to circumstances, the family moved to Yerevan in 1961, where Kajavan Nurijanyan studied at Yerevan Secondary School #82, which he graduated from in 1974 with honors.
Gagik Varderesyan

Gagik Varderesyan was born in 1940 in the village of Karzakh in Javakhk. In 1958, he graduated from the secondary school of Karzakh village in Akhalkalaki district. From 1962-1967 he studied at the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of the Maxov Polytechnic Institute.

Father George Sargsyan was born on March 30, 1987, in the village of Sukhlis in the Akhaltskha region of Georgia. His father, George Augustini Sargsyan, is a farmer, and his mother, Mariam Kazari Sargsyan, is a housewife. He received his primary education in the secondary school of the village up to VIII class, then continued with VIII, IX, and X classes in the secondary school № 15 of Vahan Teryan in Gyumri.
